Delivery & Returns

Domestic Delivery

Domestic delivery charges are subject to specific delivery requirements. Standard pallet delivery is £54 and an express service is £78 but please contact us to discuss further. Stock items can be delivered within a day where necessary and special order items take approximately 2-3 weeks to deliver.

International Delivery

International shipping can be arranged where necessary. Prices are specific to the requirements of each delivery.

Returns

We have a strict no return policy on special order items due to the nature and cost of importing. We will accept returns of stock items within two weeks if the order is complete and undamaged. We absolutely refuse to accept any complaint after the tiles have been installed unless it is due to a technical failure of the product that is not the cause of the installation.
