Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to manufacturers specific terms and guarantees.

We cannot refund items that have been ordered in specifically for an individual project. We will accept returns on stock items within 2 weeks and providing the order is complete.

We will not discuss refunds on tiles that have been installed.

Any specific requirements in regards to technical performance, i.e slip ratings, must be discussed before ordering. We will not accept refunds based on tiles not meeting technical requirements that we were not aware of before the products has been ordered.
